Lisa founded Earthy Angels to create more than a place to exercise. With a background in women’s wellness and a deep belief in mindful movement, she has built a space that blends strength, softness and real support. Her approach is grounded, personal and designed to help women reconnect with themselves—both inside the studio and beyond it.
This space was created for you—to move, breathe, grow and come home to yourself.
