Refund policy
What happens if you cancel, change your mind, or cannot make it — set out per product, because a weekly membership and a seven-day retreat are not the same commitment and should not pretend to be.

Your rights come first
You are always entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law where a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we described. Nothing on this page reduces that, and you do not need to argue this policy to rely on it.
Everything below is about the ordinary situation where the service is fine and your circumstances have changed.
Cancelling a class booking
Class bookings are made and cancelled in Momence, which is also where the cancellation window is enforced.
The window that applies to your booking is shown in Momence at the time you book and when you cancel. Cancel inside it and the class returns to your pass or membership; cancel after it and the class is used. If you are unsure, message us before the class rather than after it — we are reasonable about genuine one-offs.
Memberships
The two weekly options are published as no lock-in contract, so you are not committed to a minimum term. Memberships are managed in Momence, which is where you start, pause or stop one.
Weekly payments already taken are not refunded, because they have paid for the week of classes you were entitled to attend. If a payment has come out in error, tell us and we will fix it.
Class packs and passes
Packs and passes are prepaid and run for a fixed period from the day they are issued: three months for the 10 class pack, six months for the 25 class pack, six months for the 6 month pass and twelve months for the 12 month pass.
They are not refundable simply because they have not been used up, and they are not transferable to another person. If something significant has happened — an injury, a pregnancy, a move away — talk to us. Suspensions and extensions are handled case by case and we would rather do that than have you lose what you paid for.
Women’s circles
Circles are booked one week at a time at $49 for the evening, and places are limited. If you cannot come, tell us as early as you can so the place can go to someone on the list.
Retreats
Retreat deposits, payment schedules and cancellation terms are specific to each trip, because the costs behind them — flights, accommodation, ground arrangements — are committed at different times. The terms that apply to your place are set out in writing and agreed before any payment is made, so you will have them before you are committed to anything, not afterwards.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for any retreat that involves travel. It is the only thing that covers you for the situations a studio cannot.
Inner Circle and 1:1 mentoring
Both start with a discovery call rather than a checkout, which exists precisely so that neither of us commits to something that is not the right fit. Fees, inclusions and what happens if you need to stop are agreed on that call and confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
If we cancel
If we cancel a class, a circle or a retreat, you get the choice: the equivalent credit, or your money back for the part that did not happen. That applies whether the reason is ours or entirely outside anyone’s control.
Asking about a refund
Tell us what happened and what you would like to happen. A person reads it.
