Privacy policy

Who this covers

This policy covers Earthy Angels and this website. Class bookings and payments happen on Momence, a separate platform with its own privacy policy — see "Booking and payments" below.

The studio is at 1/27 Motorway Cct, Ormeau QLD 4208.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the contact or enquiry form, plus the ordinary technical information every web server receives.

Your name

So we know who we are replying to

Your email address

So we can reply

Your message

Whatever you choose to tell us

Which form you used

Retreat, circle, Inner Circle or 1:1 — so your enquiry reaches the right person already knowing what it is about

Technical information

Your IP address and browser, logged by our host in the ordinary course of serving the page

What this website does not collect

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no advertising tracker on this site.
• No cookies. This website does not set any.
• No mailing list. There is no email marketing platform behind this site, so submitting a form does not subscribe you to anything.
• No payment details. Nothing is charged on this website — see "Booking and payments".
• No sensitive health information is requested by any form on this site. If you choose to tell us about an injury or a condition so we can teach you safely, we use it for that and nothing else.

Who else touches your information

Running a website means using a small number of services. These are all of them, and what each one sees.

Cloudflare

Hosts this website and serves every page. It sees the technical request information described above.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It runs on the form page only.

Postmark

Delivers your form submission to us as an email. It handles the contents of your message in transit.

Google Fonts

Serves the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Momence

Handles the class timetable, bookings and payments, on its own website. See below.

Booking and payments

Class bookings, memberships and payments are handled by Momence at https://momence.com/u/earthy-angels-5DweJd, not on this website. When you book a class you are giving your details to Momence, and its privacy policy and terms apply to that account and to your payment information.

We can see the booking information Momence shows us as the studio — your name, your bookings and your membership status — because we need it to run classes. We never see your full card details.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and are kept in the studio inbox as long as they are useful for answering you and for the ordinary running of the business, then deleted. Nothing from a form is added to a marketing list, because there is not one.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You do not have to give a reason and there is no charge.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how we have handled something, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Use the contact form at /contact/ — it reaches Lisa directly, and it is the fastest route for anything on this page.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes — if analytics are added, or a mailing list is introduced — this page changes with it before the change goes live, not afterwards.
