Book any class on the timetable — there is no separate beginners’ session, because every class is taught with options at each stage. Tell your teacher it is your first time and she will keep an eye on you.
If you would rather start slowly, Restore is the gentlest class we teach and the easiest room to walk into.

- When to arrive
- A few minutes early, so you are not walking in mid-class
- What to bring
- Water, and a mat and towel if you have ones you love
- What to wear
- Whatever you can move in. There is no dress code
