A room where you're not the one holding it together.
A women's circle is a facilitated gathering — real women, real connection, and a place to be heard. No mat, no fitness, no performance. $49, booked one week at a time.
Most women have nowhere to put any of it.
You have people you love and a life that mostly works, and you still cannot think of the last time you said the true version of how you are out loud. Not the "yeah, busy, good" version. The real one.
Friendships turn into logistics. Family gets the managed version because they need you steady. And the honest conversation you would actually benefit from is exactly the one that would worry somebody, so you do not have it.
So it stays in. And it comes out as short temper, or two in the morning, or a general flatness you cannot account for because on paper nothing is wrong.
Why the obvious answers don't quite work
Talking to friends
Load-bearing, and also the problem — you edit for people who have to live with you afterwards.
Therapy
Genuinely valuable, and a different thing. One-to-one, clinical frame, and it does not give you the specific relief of hearing another woman describe your own week back to you.
A fitness class
You leave better than you arrived, and nobody asked how you were.
Social media wellness
The polish is the problem. It makes you feel further behind, not less alone.

Everybody faces each other. That's the whole design.
In a class, you face the front. There is a teacher and there is a room, and your job is to follow. It works — it is why the studio exists — but the shape of the room decides what can happen in it, and a room in rows cannot produce a conversation.
A circle puts everyone at the same edge. Nobody is at the front, nobody is at the back, and there is no one to perform for because everyone is equally visible. It is a small structural change and it does almost all of the work.
The other half is facilitation. A circle is held — there is a thread, a beginning and an end, and someone whose job is to keep it safe. That is the difference between a circle and eight women in a room hoping somebody starts. You are never made to speak. Sitting quietly for your first one is a completely normal way to attend, and more women do it than do not.
What that produces is the specific relief of hearing your own life described by someone you have just met. Not advice. Recognition — which is what most women are actually short of, and which is very hard to get anywhere else.
You do not have to talk, and you do not have to know anyone.

There is no membership, no block booking and no minimum number to commit to. You book the week you want to come. If it is for you, you come again. If it is not, nothing rolls over and nobody follows up.
Spots are limited by design — a circle stops being a circle past a certain number.

Before you come
Do I have to speak?
No. You can sit through your entire first circle without saying a word and that is a completely normal way to attend.
Is this religious or spiritual?
No. There is no doctrine and nothing you are asked to believe. It is women in a room, held well.
I don't know anybody. Will that be awkward?
Most women come alone. It is much easier to be honest in a room where nobody knows your husband, your boss or your mother.
Is it therapy?
No, and it is not a substitute for it. A circle is community and being heard. If you need clinical support, please also get it — the two are not in competition.
Is it really women only?
Yes. Every circle, class and retreat we run is.
Do I need to have been to a class first?
No. The circle is not a movement class and there is no prerequisite. Plenty of women find the circle first and the studio second.

Come and sit down.
$49, one week at a time, women only, in our Ormeau studio. You do not have to talk, you do not have to know anyone, and you do not have to commit to anything beyond the one evening.
