Seven days in Bali. Eight women. That's the whole retreat.
A small-group retreat led by Lisa — movement each morning, unhurried afternoons, and a group small enough that by day three nobody is a stranger. It has sold out three years running.
Enquiry only — no payment now. We'll send you the dates, the full itinerary and what it costs, and you decide from there.
A weekend away isn't long enough to actually put anything down.
You know the version. You book two nights somewhere nice, spend the first day still answering messages, sleep badly, and get home on Sunday evening having relocated your exhaustion rather than resolved it. The reset never arrives because it never had time to.
Meanwhile the thing you actually want is harder to book. Not a holiday — you can arrange one of those. Somewhere you can be a person rather than the person who holds everything together. Somewhere you are not the mother, the manager, the one who remembers. Time long enough that your shoulders come down on their own, without you having to decide to relax.
That is the gap. And it is a difficult one to fill on your own, because doing it alone puts you in an unfamiliar country with your own company — which for a lot of women is more taxing than staying home.
Why the usual options don't do it
The resort holiday
Beautiful, and it asks nothing of you — which is the problem. You come home rested for about four days. Nothing has changed except your tan.
The large retreat
Thirty or forty people, a timetable, a facilitator who does not learn your name. You get the yoga. You do not get the part where somebody notices you have gone quiet.
The solo trip
Real freedom and real isolation. If you were already depleted, a week of your own company can compound it rather than clear it.
Waiting until things calm down
They will not. That is the most common plan and it is the one that has already cost you several years.

The cap of eight is the retreat
Every meaningful thing about this trip follows from one decision: it is capped at eight women.
Eight is small enough that there is no back of the room. Lisa knows how you slept, what your knee is doing, and which day you found hard — not because you filled in a form, but because there are eight of you and she is there. When someone has a difficult morning, it is noticed. That is not a service level. It is arithmetic.
Seven days is the other half. The first two are spent putting things down — the phone, the schedule, the low-grade vigilance most women carry without naming it. That is not wasted time, it is the cost of entry, and it is precisely the part a weekend never gets past. What happens from day three onward only happens because days one and two took the pressure off.
Put the two together and you get the thing the format is actually for: a group that has stopped performing for each other. Eight women who arrived as strangers and by the end of the week are not. Several of the friendships outlast the trip.
This is also why it cannot scale. Twenty women would be a cheaper trip and a different one. The cap is the product, so the cap does not move.
Eight places, and they go to the waitlist first.

Sold out three years running
Capped at eight women each time. That is a fact about demand rather than a promise about the week — and it is the reason the dates go to the waitlist first.
Ask us to put you in touch with a woman who has been — several are happy to talk.

Who is leading it
Lisa is not a name on a brochure. She teaches at the Ormeau studio, hosts Earthy Angels Connect, mentors women through the Inner Circle, and has led the Bali retreat every year it has run. Most women who come on a retreat have already been in a room with her — which is generally how eight places go quickly.
Want a sense of her before you enquire? Earthy Angels Connect is free, and there are several hours of it.
Dates and pricing for the next trip
Retreat dates and pricing are released to the waitlist first — and given the group is eight, that is usually where the places go. Join the list and we will send you the full itinerary, the cost and the payment terms with no obligation.

You are not committing to anything today
There is no cart here and no deposit button. You join the waitlist, we send you the details, and you have an actual conversation before any money moves. If the dates do not work or it is not the year for it, you say so and nothing happens.
Retreat questions
If yours is not here, ask — it is a conversation, not a checkout.
How do I find out the dates and what it costs?
Join the waitlist. Dates, the full itinerary and pricing go to the list first, with no obligation attached — you decide once you have the detail in front of you.
Do I need to be good at yoga to come?
No. The movement is offered with options, the same as it is in the studio, and there is no level you need to arrive at. Women come who have practised for years and women come who started three months ago. Seven days is long enough that it stops mattering by about day two.
I'd be coming on my own. Is that strange?
It is the norm. Most women book alone. With a group of eight there is no established clique to break into — everyone is new to each other on day one, which is a much easier room to walk into than a group of twenty where four people already know each other.
Is it really women only?
Yes. Every retreat, circle and class we run is. It is a policy, not a preference, and it is a large part of why the week works the way it does.
What if my body is not up to it?
Tell us when you enquire. Options are built into every session, and the point of a group of eight is that we can actually accommodate you rather than hoping you keep up.
