Movement gets you as far as the door of that. It does not walk you through it. Nothing that happens in a sixty-minute class with a room full of other women is designed to.

Nobody arrives ready. Readiness is a thing that shows up about four weeks in, not a prerequisite.
She already knows what you look like on a hard week
Most mentoring asks you to hire a stranger off a sales page. You read the copy, you take the call, you commit — and the first six weeks go on establishing whether you can be honest with each other. That is a lot of money spent on becoming acquainted.
This runs the other way round. Most women who work with Lisa met her in the Ormeau studio first. She has already seen you on a good week and a bad one, already knows what you avoid and what you push through. There is no cold start, because the relationship pre-dates the engagement.
That is the ladder: seven days for $39, then a membership, then a retreat or a circle, then this. Each rung is a real decision with a real price, and every one of them is enough on its own. Nobody is funnelled. But the woman who ends up in the Inner Circle usually arrives having already spent a year in the room — which is why the work starts on day one instead of week six.

Lisa is a former personal trainer, a retreat leader, a mentor, a speaker and the host of Earthy Angels Connect. She founded and teaches at the Ormeau studio, runs the Bali retreat that has sold out three years running, and holds the women’s circles.
She is not a brand. She is one woman who is present across all of it, which is why the ladder from a $39 trial to this exists at all.

What does it cost?

Do I have to be a studio member?
No. Plenty of women come this way, and it is the most common route — but it is not a requirement, and the retreats and the podcast bring women in who have never been to Ormeau.
Inner Circle or 1:1 — how do I choose?
Take the call. If you want the accountability and the perspective of other women, that is the Inner Circle. If what you are working on is private or the timing does not fit a cohort, that is 1:1.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No, and it is not a substitute for either. This is mentoring. If you are dealing with something clinical, please get clinical support — and it can run alongside this rather than instead of it.
What if I am not ready?
Almost nobody feels ready. If the call surfaces that this genuinely is not the moment, Lisa will say so — and the studio, the circles and the retreats are all still there.
Is it women only?
Yes. Every part of Earthy Angels is.
