Who you are dealing with

Earthy Angels operates a studio at 1/27 Motorway Cct, Ormeau QLD 4208 and this website.

Using this website

This website is here to describe what the studio offers and to route you to the right next step. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance — a booking is made on Momence, and a retreat or mentoring place is confirmed with us directly.

We keep the site as accurate as we can, and where a fact is not confirmed this site says so rather than filling in a plausible answer. Timetables, prices and availability can change; the version on the booking platform is the current one.

Bookings

Classes and memberships are booked and paid for through Momence at https://momence.com/u/earthy-angels-5DweJd. Momence's own terms apply to your account and your payments there.

Retreat places and mentoring engagements are not booked through the website. They start with an enquiry or an application, and the terms specific to that trip or engagement are confirmed with you in writing before any payment is made.

Women only

Every class, circle and retreat run by Earthy Angels is for women. This is a standing policy rather than a description of who tends to come, and it applies to all of it.

Taking part safely

Movement classes carry a risk of injury. By taking part you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and that you have considered whether it is appropriate for you.

Tell your teacher before class about any injury, condition, surgery or pregnancy, so she can give you options that work with your body rather than around it. Work at the level that suits you on the day, and stop if something hurts.

Nothing on this site or in a class is medical advice, and none of it replaces care from a doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional. If you have a health condition, get their advice before you start.

If you are booking for someone under 18, ask us first — some classes suit a younger participant and some do not, and we would rather tell you which than have you find out in the room.

Mentoring is not therapy

The Inner Circle and 1:1 work with Lisa are mentoring. They are not counselling, psychology or any other clinical service, and they are not a substitute for one. If you are dealing with something clinical, please get clinical support — mentoring can run alongside it, not instead of it.

Behaviour in the studio

The studio works because of how people treat each other in it. We may decline or end a booking where someone’s behaviour makes the room unsafe or unwelcoming for others. This is rare and we would always rather talk about it first.

Content on this site

The words, photographs, logo and wing artwork on this site belong to Earthy Angels and are not free to reuse. The podcast is free to listen to and share as published on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Where this site links to another website — Momence, the podcast platforms, Google Maps — we are not responsible for the content or the terms of those sites.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
